Sometimes guys' balls get into uncomfortable positions. Once a guy passes through puberty, the balls drop a little. Balls tend to move around when guys walk, thus changing the positions. However, sometimes the positions are painful or uncomfortable. Then guys will use their hands to manually switch the position of the balls (e.g. so that the legs don't bang into them while walking).
If in public, I adjust my balls using my legs. However, if I can find a chance to hide behind something for a few seconds, I use a hand and adjust my balls (through the pants, of course).

Men's balls (testicles) sometimes get caught between their legs, it also gets rather warm in that area and they have been known to stick to their legs, the hair is itchy occassionally, so we adjust by firmly grabbing the genitalia area (balls) and moving them. If you find man that itches too much.check for crabs.
