Try taking pre-natal vitamins, this will help promote hair growth. Also try using horse shampoo, this adds a boost of vitamins as well.

there is really nothing you can use to make your hair grow, the important thing is to take care of your hair and take a daily multivitamin, and do scalp massage for about 15 min a day. you just have to be patient hair only grows about a half an inch a month.

Multi vitamins are good, keep your hair conditioned so that it doesn't dry out and remeber to get a trim about every six weeks to keep the ends healthy! This helps prevent split ends as well as damage from heat, styling products, and the sun.

A lot of Protein, Fruits and vegetables make the hair grow faster. Additionally, daily vitamins can promote hair growth.

In the interest of thoroughness, I've decided to create a simple step-by-step guide for growing longer hair:

1) Be alive.

2) Do not cut your hair, or have anyone else cut your hair.

3) If at all possible, avoid chemotherapy. Note that if you have cancer, chemotherapy may be in your best interest to have anyways, since if you do not it may interfere with step 1 (above).

4) Avoid a genetic predisposition to baldness. This may be difficult to accomplish, as you might require a time machine in order to change the historical events leading up to your conception, or possibly Advanced Genetic Science to modify your DNA.

5) Avoid stress, so as to avoid hair loss due to stress, or pulling hair out in frustration.

LOL to NinjaPirate. No but seriously, I was wondering the same thing. I have fairly long hair, bout to my waist, but the ends are split and I want it to be even long than it is now. I have multi vitamins, but always forget to take them lol. Now that i know it helps my hair, i might just start using them again! (Oh, also ultra pure fish oil capsuls help your hair to be very shiny, THAT i DO know!)

Taking Prenatal Vitamins help grow your hair and make your nails long and strong. Also, eating many fruits and vegetables. If you like fish such as Salmon, Mahi, etc. It has Omega-3 oils and will assist in hair growth. Another thing is to wash your hair every day. I am an African American woman and my hair grows alot healthier when I wash it every day or every other day. I hope this helps.

Jack-and-the-bean-stork gel

a healthy diet.
first of all
vitamin e is good for the hair
it is moisturizing
and vitamin a
is good for the scalp
and healthy hair growth
protein makes ur hair grow faster than anything else because
hair is basically made of protein
so
eat eggs.. and dairy products
yogurt, milk, soymilk, and tofu are great examples
citrus fruits are also good for the hair.. and seaweed has a lot of vitamin a. vitamin a can be found in leafy veggies and carrots, especially. it is important to drink enough water to keep ur hair hydrated. 8-10 glasses is suggested for healthy hair growth. also, iron plays an important role in maintaining and growing healthy hair. iron brings oxygen to the hair, allowing it to breathe like us basically
(not the same way obviously)
and so if u dont take enough iron.. ur hair will be starved of oxygen and lose its shine, luster, etc.
b vitamins are also great for the hair. salmon, coldwater fish, and sardines are great fish that contain many of the vitamins hair needs.
i hope this information helped you!!
