Is it ok to do three full body workout three days in a row?!

Question:
I only have three days available in the week for workouts. Is it ok if I do three full body workouts three days in a row? Can I get results from this kind of program?
Answers:
It's definitely not ideal . but if it's all you can do, then it's all you can do. You are getting ample rest the remainder of the week, so that's good. I wouldn't recommend lifting weights for the full body each day. Instead, divide the body into thirds and do those body parts on their own seperate days. Doing the same body parts back-to-back-to-back for 3 days is too much and the muscle don't have the chance they need to fully recover. You can definitely get the results you need only exercsing a body part once a week. You can also add in some cardio onto your workouts if you want.

I work out 3 days a week but not in a row, I'd say it wouldn't hurt you though. It may work just make sure you get a lot of protein in your diet and you'll make great gains. Worked for me, I went from 140lbs to 150lbs in 2 weeks.
