It shouldn't change the color of your skin. Your skin will be irritated for a day or day and a half after treatment.but your skin just gets smoother. It takes the dead skin cells off the top layer to make the new skin appear on top and so you're all new and sparkly. :)
I thought it was over priced for the effect that I got though.
It will not cause any darkening of the skin. It removes the top layer of dead skin and gives you smoother skin with a healthy glow.

No, i've had it done. and the reason, dark marks on the face. It has helped me tremendously. However, you must use sun block, because your skin is more susecptable to sunburn. In general, even though we have dark skin we should still use sun block.
