Answers:
you might have plato.so leave training them for a week or so then swop your workout around.like start with tricep extensions. then tricep push downs . and reverse push downs.over head extentions.tricep kick backs.swap around every 4 weeks or so then you should not plato.plato means that when your muscles get used to a workout . so your muscles stop growing . so thats why you should change your workout every now and then.change workout now and then growth will soon come

You may need to increase your weight. Determine what your max is. This is what you can lift once controlled and safely. (Always use a spotter for lifting heavy) Then choose about 80% - 90% of that, or the weight that gives you about 4-5 reps before failure. You can also do burns where a spotter will assist lift 1-2 more reps after failure. Or, have a few lighter bells ready to switch out with to get you a few more reps until failure again.

I think a key to building is lifting heavy. Heavy as in forcing your muscles to lift beyond its customary endurance. But with any weight training, you want to be careful. Always use a spotter. And drink plenty of H2O to keep muscles hydrated for workouts.

Hope this helps. Good luck.
