is there any way i can get skinny in a week??!

If you're really fat, maybe look at having gastric bypass surgery to limit the amount of food your stomach can hold. You'll get skinny over time.

There probably isn't a good way to lose alot of weight quickly, however, you can always start a diet and exercise as those are the best way to lose weight and then keep it off.

You will not be skinny in one week, at least not if you want to remain alive.

For the last 7 days, I've either gone swimming laps for half an hour or else gone on a brisk walk for half an hour. I've also cut down my portions, so I'm not eating as much. Instead of chocolate bars, I snack on apples. And I swear to god, in the 7 days I've been doing this I look and feel skinnier. I've lost about 3 pounds this week, and it doesn't sound like a lot but I'm 5'2 so it makes a difference.

And the thing about trying to lose weight is that if you eat less and exercise, you feel better about yourself! So even if you aren't losing as much weight as you like, you have more confidence and people see that.

Good luck and remember that losing weight takes A LOT longer than a week, so stay motivated any way you can and stick with your plan.

well yes, i lost 100 pds in less than a year. all i did was take about 30 hits of speed every day, eat once a day, walk alot, and keep active and sweat alot

Interesting. If a guy like me reads over your previous questions, this seems to conflict with another question you asked not too long ago. I seem to have read somewhere in my random magazine reads that subjecting your body to diets of attempting to become thin or gain weight in random order can give you an eating disorder which in the long run gives your body more stress than it was designed to take. But for the advice you're looking for (rather than the admonition) try simply going out and walking or going to an excersise gym and walking on the treadmill for 20 minutes at a time. Then again, you could read a jokebook while walking and give your heart muscle a real workout.
