That's a tough question for several reasons. Tribulus is taken to increase testosterone levels. Depending on what your own testosterone production level is, you want to adjust accordingly. Also - different tribulus formulas have different concentrations and effectiveness. Typically I start with half of the recommended dosage and increase after a week to 10 days. The supplement manufacturer should also provide a cycling schedule - like 4 weeks on, 4 weeks off or something close to that. Too much testosterone production isn't a good thing. Obviously this isn't as bad as direct injection of steroids, but there are similar concerns with using too much tribulus, especially some of the powerful stuff like Vitrix out there.
