two things, that work together:
1) eat less
2) exercise more
if you take in fewer calories than you use, you will lose weight
Eat less and excercise more -- that is the way and the only way
well theres one "different way". its hard to due, but to cut weight when I wrestled, instead of food, I ate ice cubes for a couple days. worked well, but hard todo.
A balanced diet,and an exercise routine,drink pure filtered water,take a multi-vitamin supplement join a gym,or begin a simple walking routine,add resistance weights to the mix and youve got the winning combination!
Exercise, try pushing back from the table more often.
