Whenever I take a deep breath in, the right, lower side of my neck hurts.why?!

Question:
I am young and I don't feel sick or anything.

It sounds like you have a slightly pinched nerve. Try hot pads on it, and an anti-inflammatory like Motrin.

Happening for a long time? I would go to a chiropractor and see if he/she can help.

You might have pulled a muscle. Use Motrin, hot pads and a muscle rub.
