how much did you lose? how long did it take you?

My wife loves it. She is on it right now. Been on it now for right around 7 weeks. She has lost about 12 pounds (at least last time that I remember) It is a bit more money..but you have to stick with it. It's just like any other diet plan but a bit more structured. First set up a goal for yourself..that is one of the biggest parts. Then you need to surround yourself with people that know you CAN do it!! Nothing beats having people back you up. Also take a look at the site below for some really good reviews on current weight loss programs.Nutrisystem as well. Good luck and let me know if you have questions!!
