how do i conquer my fear of thunder and lightning.?!

i wont answer the phone or door, someone pointed out that i have a phobia in the summer if there is a storm brewing i wont leave the house and have passed my fear onto my kids

put your faith in god..he will help you weather any storm and keep you safe..my grandmother told me when it thundered the angels were bowling..probably strikes too

face it-force yourself to answer the phone etc-its hard but thats the onyl way to overcome fears and phobias-and think about yourchildren-you odnt want them to end up like you-do it for them-theres absolutely nothing to be afraid of-the chance of lightning striking you is like 1 in a million

you can always go outside and get shocked thats a risk or you can always always go into a room when its thundering and look straight into a lightinig and just face it
