1. Ten leg lifts in a row on each leg while layin on my back and my sides (total of 40 leg lifts).

2. Ten knee bends in a row followed by associated side stretches

3. Twenty five weight lifts (various weights) while on my back and bottom

The best workouts for thighs are squats and lunges. These can be done with or without weights. If you have gym access leg curls and extensions on machines are easier but the curls do not reach up high enough to the glutes.
