liquid diet??!

I am planning on doing a strictly liquid diet. I just want to know if this really works and if its healthy?

You have always heard. if it sounds to good to be true it usually is! This is also true with this diet. What happens to your body during this diet is. If you do not put food in your body for 48-72hrs like most liquid diets last you have no food in your body. All of it is passed out. Most all liquid diets make people sick giving them diraheal. After going to the bathroom over and over again you have no food in your body. (i know your thinking duh!) Foods give your body nurtrition and you need this to be healthy. You will become dehydrated from this diet because you also do don't drink any other liquids including water. All the water you loss will be water weight. So when the diet is over you will regain the weight quickly as soon as you start to drink water again. Your body is 70% water weight. I do not suggest this diet or any other diet pills to anyone. If you want to loss weight make reasonsible goals 5-10lbs at a time-give your self time to reach the goals everyone losses at a different rate. Exerice is very important, watch how much you eat, drink lots of water, count calories it is the only way to loss weight and keep it off. 3,500 calories equal one pound. I have a formula that will help you figure out how many calorie you need everyday for you height and bone structure. This will also help you decide what is a healthy weight for you.

it can work but make sure u r drinking the right type of drinks. calories is what counts

Forget about it. It's bad for you. You need fiber, protein and nourishment from plants, starches, and that kind of stuff. It doesn't work.
There is only ONE WAY to lose weight. Diet and Exercise. No shortcuts. Stop eating junk and get off your seat and exercise.

Any diet works as long as you stick with it. Best of luck once you are off the diet. Most people (95%) gain the weight back.
