how to rest better? Cause i havnt been sleeping enough since my exam session beg!

1st don't worry about exam, don't think of the paper you have finished in exam hall. After a paper if you can, don't discuss the answers with friends immediately or over phone, keep it for the leisure time after exam. Return home, take a wash, then go to your bedroom, make it dark, keep some fresh flower or flower smell room freshener in your room. Then take a deep breath, close your eyes and think of your favorite music for some time. In a few minutes I am sure you will sleep or feel very relaxed. TRY

U obviously are tensed up. If you are fully prepared for the exams you have nothing to worry about. Take deep breaths and ask your body parts to relax when u go to bed. You may want to think of something nice viz. flowers, animals etc or say a short prayer.

go play some ball or something with your friends, do something fun to take you mind off it for a daygo home take some nightquil then go to bed. dont study, the next day you study . and pass that test

take it easy and relax.. dont worry much i know its normal feeling to go through with that but before you go to bed, say a little prayer and cast all your worries to GOD, to give you peace of mind and give you a good night rest. then just sleep and never think
