whats the healiest and fastest way to loose weight?!

Running. You will lose weight SO fast if you run for about 30 minutes a day, 5 days a week. Also, eat healthy.

Stay on a regular diet, sleep on a regular schedule. Exercise every day. If you lift weights, make sure you don't lift the same muscle group in 36 hours, so it's a good idea to alternate days (upper body, then lower body). Run in your spare time wearing full sweats. In wrestling practice we used to wear as many layers as we could and we'd sweat the whole practice (be careful, though, make sure it's not too hot!) and we'd lose about 4lbs. every practice. Stay constant, don't do anything to get your body out of synch, that's what makes you sick sometimes.

Simple. Don't go for special diets. All those high-fat, low-fat, high-carb, low-carb diets may give you quick but short-term, unhealthy results. Just eat a balanced diet BUT eat less. That's the only healthy, long-term way to lose/keep your weight.

Join Weight Watchers and do the core plan. Don't eat anything that has hydrogenated or partially hydrogenated oils. Cook only using extra virgin olive oil. Exercise (walk) 30 min. per day. It's not the fastest but it is the healthiest.
