Why is my stomach like this!?!?!?!?!

so lately I have been gaining weight.like a month ago i started working at a food restauarant..and I have gained like 5 lbs since then! and it sucks soo bad..I need to know a good way to get rid of this fat..but the thing is nothing ever works..the fat is ONLY around my belly button and kinda lower!..it seems like the fat that kinda sticks out ya know never goes down even a little like it use to!..I need help..b/c I hate looking like this! and summer is coming soon! HELP!!

Ok it's pretty obvious that you must be eating too much white starchy breads, and drop the sugary stuff!

Only eat fruits for breakfast, try some green tea ( it is a good antioxidant.. just a little beauty bonus, or some warm lemon water)
Citrus fruits: vitamin C good for skin
pears: for shiney glossy hair



Lunch: only have a few veggies, carrots, peppers, lettuce, whatever you like.

Dinner: small portion. but ur veggies should have the most, then meat , then patatoes.

Drink alot of water and no snacking

To form your stomach sutff you can do is just practice belly dancing and shaking those hip to your fave music.. it's quite a workout..

situps, hovering, and more situps, curls and crunches

have good posture and sumtimes when standing just flex ur tummy and keep it tight.

I doubt it works because i seriously doubt all these "mirical diet pills" but they sell this crap called Cortisol which is sposed to help get rid of fat there

Dont eat the food at the restuarant, and i also heard that even smelling food makes us fat!!

stop eatting at work. drink tons and tons of water, it fills you when your hungery and takes most of the cravings away so you tend to eat less

drink a lot of water and only eat salads with low fat dressing, wraps not subs, broth soup, jello, and occasionally low fat chips are okay..walk 2 miles a day or jog one.within a few days u will feel and look better.and if u can, do 15-25 crunches 5 days a week

Yes sweetie this is what will happen with a little one inside. I always felt the same way. Before I knew that I was pregnant I would start to feel fat and do lots of sit-ups and that didn't work, of course. You can't change anything. Accept yourself because your belly is going to continue to grow. Try pants or shorts with elastic. Old Navy has cool stuff. It will be OK. You just have several months of sacrifice ahead of you. It's worth it.

i've been completely shedding pounds by chewing papaya enzyme pills with every meal. they help breakdown the food correclty so not only do you not gain as much weight from the food you eat, you also get hungry less and you have more energy. and i totally stumbled upon these by accident. my freind takes them and he had them in a tin. i thought they were candy- you chew them and they are very sweet. they are in the vitimans and minerals section at most drug stores.

I do sit ups and leg raise. And a pilates more on a fitball and my tummy is getting tighter. hope it works for you.
