i want to reduce my abdominal area and hips?!

The only way to lose fat in one area is to lose fat in all areas. How do i lose fat? Cardio. Then workout your abs so you can actually SEE them if they are to small. To see the abdominals you must be under 10 % body fat. Tough to do but is not impossible.

Don't look at losing weight as some mysterious monster that you can't get the reins on. Look at it as nothing more than stored energy. That's what fat is?stored energy. If you had a tank full of energy and it kept filling up higher and higher, what would you do to keep your tank from growing too large from the excess energy? Well, burn some of the energy off. That's what you need to do to lose weight. Keep the "energy in" lower than the "energy out" and abracadabra, you're losing weight.

Note: You need to change your routine every 2-3 weeks in order to get the best results.

Unfortunately, this is not an easy area to tone down. I have been trying to do the same for some time now. Just recently, I got a new personal trainer that explained to me that I had to do more than abdominal exercises (ie sit-ups, crunches etc) and that cardio exercises were also necessary to burn the fat around that area, rather than just building muscles. I have started doing boxing and it's making a big difference! I hope this helps
