wow I would never pay someone to tell me what to eat. just eat a good balanced meal, no snacks, and work out. it will work better and not cost you a billion bucks.

I signed up for the Denise Austin Fit Forever program and I like that one. I will take a look and see what I can find out about that one for you. Let me know if you have any other questions!
