how come some girls have hairy arms and legs?!

sure they should shave.but my are they so hairy? genetics?? when do you start to have body hair? (arm pit, leg, arm)

genetics and some are hairy because they are dark ,like medituranian or arabic or others, i like hairy girls and shaved and blonde and redheads and any girls ,, but my wife doesnt
