How can you remove fine cactus needles from the skin?!
Question:
I have some and I need to get relief. Help!!
Answers:
Do you have any Elmers Glue handy? Spread some over the splinters. let it dry and slowly peel off. that should pull them out.don't use "super glue" tho..
Other Answers:
Get some tweezers that can grip them and then pull them out. If they aren't in too deep, squeeze the area around the needle to get them out.
very carefully
ice the area, which will make the needles easier to pull out. and its also easier to have someone else pull em so you cant wuss out.
tweezers
try elmers glue-let it dry-peel off !
The method would be the same as taking out a sliver. Heat a little Vaseline and put it on the needle and then bandage it and the warm Vaseline should draw the needles out. It may take an over night, but it will work. After it is out then wash the infected part and put some antiseptic new bandage.
Put adhesive tape on the affected area then slowly peel it. If it doesn't come out, and the pain is tolerable, put another strip of tape and leave it for a day or two. The renewing of skin tissue and exfoliating of dead skin will push the needle out.
