Keep your mouth clean by brushing, flossing, mouthwash, then use saltwater 3 times a day. If the sores don't significantly heal in 2-3 days, go to the doctor. If they are mouth ulcers or sweet sores, they are not serious and will heal. If it is something worse, you will want to know.

They'll go away within a few days. Try to numb the pain with ice. If it doesn't go away within 3 - 5 days, go to a dentist.

These are probably aphthous ulcers, and will heal after a few days. They sometimes appear more frequently when you're under the weather/have a cold. If they don't improve within a week, see a doctor.
