I'd be willing to bet that you'll grow about three more inches. That will take you to 5'7". YOu can always have your parent(s) take you to a doctor. They can do a measurement of certain bones and give you a good prediction. But remember, it's not just vitamins, it's protein and fat that makes you tall. There was a study that found that vegetarians (from infancy) don't get as tall as those who eat animal proteins. But they are still healthy and can be quite athletic.

Just wanted to add, I'm pretty tall for a woman, but I was not just attracted to tall men but also men who were shorter than me who had a strong physical presence and confidence that made up for their stature.

It depends on the height of your grandparents too. If they are taller you could well be too. But i don't think you'll make 6ft sorry, but it's a good idea to take the vitamins anyway.

It's very unlikely, but I suppose it is possible. Is anyone in either of their families tall? It depends almost completely on your genetics. Stay away from coffee, though, as it can stunt growth.

Very minimal, unless you had 6' grandparents. You almost certainly haven't stopped growing yet though, so you could easily manage a couple more inches. Also, the vitamins are good for you but not magic-growth pills :). But why do you mind anyway? 5'4" isn't all that short, I'm 5'2" (and female, I understand that if you're male you might be more self-conscious), and have no trouble with clothes etc. People who don't love you for you aren't worth bothering with anyway.

well!that depends on your genetic constitution & balanced diet, not only vitamins.make sure that ur diet contains good amount of calcium & u r well exposed to sunlight so that body can synthesize vit-D both of which r essential for skeletal growth which in turn determines ur height.also have protein rich foods like egg & meat that helps in muscle build giving u a nice personality.
not to forget the most important thing-exercise.do skipping & swimming every morning..
caution:too much is too bad.see to it that the amount of vitamins u r taking doesn't result in hypervitaminosis(exess of vitamins in body)that poses a different set of problems for u.

You won't ever be 6' tall, short of some genetic fluke, but you may be 5'7" and that's plenty tall enough. However tall you grow to be - even if you stay 5'4"- people are not drawn to people because of their height, they are drawn to them because of their personality and charisma.
And you don't have to be tall to be intimidating. Trust me on this - I am an expert :)
