well, yeah there is one thing just, try to cool down don't use your anger at anybody, just be your self as usual.

go into your room and consentrate on thinking about something else. daydram about your perfect guy (or girl) i ideal fantasy land, anything to take your mind of it!

try to remember that you can waste a lot of time being angry at people, time you could be using doing stuff you enjoy!
and what about good old exercise and fresh air?

Instead of taking your anger out on your family and friends try talking to them. I get extremely mad at everyone and it gets me in trouble a lot. Once I was almost sent to boot camp for my actions. If your too nervous to talk to someone keep a journal or punch a pillow. If that doesn't work take a walk, go for a bike ride, or watch tv. If your mad at someone just think about them moving to Texas.

What is happening to you is due to a change in brain chemistry that most teenagers got hrough to some degree. it's not entirely your fault. Just the same, you are responsible for your own actions. try to get into the habit of taking a couple deep breaths before doing anything rash. Give yourself enough time to think, instead of just feel and react. If you give it a chance, thought will generally win out over raw emotion.

Okay, well judging by your picture, you're female, which means it could just be menstrual, but there could still be other reasons besides that.

For instance, you could very simply have an anger disorder. I have one called Compulive Anger Disorder, which basically means I get mad and fly off in a fit of rage at nothing in particular, for no reason, in the middle of public. I take medication to counteract it and also an Anxiety Disorder.

If you don't want to go the medication route, you could try some kind of exercise regimen, like going to the gym and getting the frustration out on a treadmill or something. Yoga is something I practice to help relieve stress and it helps me sleep at night. though it does nothing for midnight panic attacks. Anyhow, that's it for me. Good luck on taking back control.

Just for the sake of it, here's a website for a guy who teaches Vinyasa Yoga. He's a great guy. a little fruity, but nice none-the-less.
