I definetely agree with most of the answers, the key to toning your stomach is by doing cardio-running, walking, swimming and stairclimbing. You want alter the excercises as well, tone your stomach by doing various crunches, sit-ups and thigh raises. Then everyday, watch how many calories you eat, the goal is to eat less than 2000 calories per day and drink plenty of water. Also, you would want to include jump roping in your weekly activities at least twice a week. Do this steps and they will work wonders.
