can a women get pregnant after her uterus has been removed ?!

I'm having the same sysmtoms has been pregnant.. breast are sore and feels like a tad bigger and like a fludding inside my tummy

not possible at all. the uterus is the only place where the embryo/foetus develops. so if it has been removed, how can anyone get pregnant?

Actually if you still have your ovaries then yes you can get pregnant. This has happened before and the baby has implanted in the womans abdomen. Unfortunately the baby cannot survive. If you suspect something like this you need to go to your doctor immediately and have an ultrasound done.
