I have pre existing conditions (asthma and bipolar) and two of my kids have ADHD. My husband and youngest child are fine. I live in Oklahoma if that matters.

I purchased my plan through Aetna US Healthcare. I pay a fortune for it, but I can't afford to go without it. After comparing rates, I found that for me, their plan was best.
Blue Sheild, Blue Cross and Kiaser are three of the best. I have Blue Sheild and love them.
