I have been having horrible bad breath for the past 3 days, any help?!

Question:

Answers:
Brush your tongue gently with your toothpaste and rinse your mouth with salt water (one teaspoon per litre water) after meals). Bad breath sometimes has a gastric cause so you may require medical opinion, even endoscopy but try eating parsley and that's the way of keeping it simple.

Also, for temporary you may need to chew gum.

One of the things I cannot leave my place without is Extras. Always make sure you have one in your jacket. Apart from that, I quite enjoy taking those mint strips as they are not noticible by others and when its not polite ot chew, mint strips are the perfect solution.

Go to health food store.
Buy Chlorophyll.
1 tsp per day

If I was you I would go to the dentist and ask them not me honey

Have you had sinus problems or allergy problems? Sometimes having drainage from allergies can make your breath stink. Make sure that you brush and floss daily as well as brushing your tongue or even better using a tongue scraper. You would not believe the amount of bacteria that can stay on your tongue even after you brush and floss. You can find tongue scrapers at your local store, make sure that you use it gently about three or four strokes is all you need to do. Always stroke down toward your teeth, not scraping back and forth. You will end up with a sore tongue. If you are using mints or gum, make sure you are using sugarless you don't need all that extra sugar sitting on your teeth. If your problem does not resolve see your dentist to make sure you don't have any other issues going on.

my head!

You may have gum disease, see your dentist right away!

It's probably due to bacteria that builds up on the tounge. Brushing it probably won't do much- try getting a tounge scraper. It will scrape all the bad smelling junk right off.
