If I were you being so active and playing so many sports, weightlifting, etc. I would get another opinion from another doctor. Have an mri or a bone scan. There has to be something that they can do for you.

I broke my wrist in 2 places about 20 years ago. I've had limited wrist mobility since then. I also started having pain/stiffness problems about 8 years ago. It does happen and there's nothing you can do about it.

try tylonol arthirits. i would also get another opinion from a doctor. maybe physical therapy would be something that could help you gain back more movement

You probably got some muscle weakness and stiffness from the wrist having been immobile in a cast for some time. You need vigorous rehabilitation exercises to strengthen the weakened muscles completely, and to limber up the scar tissue. "NO PAIN, NO GAIN!!" Keep pushing the range of motion more each day, comparing it to your normal hand, and also doing resistance exercises to strengthen those muscles. I suspect you will always have more pain on that side, but through vigorous rehabilitation exercises, I think you can get the usefulness up to par and do what you want. Otherwise, a sports orthopedist might have some surgery to offer. But I think through a NEVER DIE attitude, you will overcome the injury anyway. You seem like a tough dude. It's normal to have weakness and stiffness after casting for fractures. You have to work it out.
