People who have had lap band surgery or gastric bypass ? I am interested?!

whatever you do keep up with the appointments and follow the surgeons instructions to a T. you must or you will gain the weight back. statistics say that 75% of people that have these procedures still gain most of the weight back. I had the gastric and almost died and i still have trouble with meat. i recommend going on a diet like the bread for life diet and staying on it. but if you are sold on the surgery you must stay on that diet that they give you.
