Why is that sometimes I am in a very spiritual Christian mood while other times I am in a risque sexual mood and all I want to think about is women?

Perhaps because you are a normal male? Every guy I've ever met thinks about sex. A LOT

Your mood, or your (self) consciousness of being a spiritual Christian has nothing to do with whether you are one or not. The Pharisees thought highly of themselves. Hence, sometimes you are aware of your (spiritual) self, and sometimes you are aware of something else - like your "girlfriend's boobs" (from another of your questions).
