I don't know about the Large intestine specifically , because as far as i know , the large intestine only reabsorbs water but generally the intestinal juices contain :
Mucus : to neutralise the acidic chyme from the stomach to provide a suitable pH for action of enzymes
Proteases : Include exopeptidases which convert peptides to smaller peptides & amino acids
Carbohydrates : Includes amylase , maltase , lactase & sucrase
