i need help on my abs.?!

what kind of diet and exercise should i use?

just do a lot of sit-ups. there are all these machines and stuff out there, just stick to good old sit-ups.

Also make sure you're eating a lower fat diet. that really helps cut down the ammount of fat on your stomach.

get moderate exercise, like going for walks half an hour each day. cut out salty and sugary foods, as well as anything greasy or processed. (and no carbonation)

i've found a great new fun exercise for the abs-- hula hooping! unlike crunches and other ab exercises, it works all your ab muscles, and just doing it for a few minutes every day will make your abs stronger. good luck!

Change your diet and your exercise regime.you'll want to add cardio to your diet..however, the best way to start seeing definition in your abs is caused by a clean diet. cut your calorie intake down based on your weight and stick to foods low in fats. Chicken, brown rice, fruits and vegetables. Don't kill yourself with crunches..because crunches don't remove the fat that covers them.
