Have you tried fasting for any lenght of time?!

How long did you do it for and what was your experience with it?

1 day for ramadan(i am not muslim). got very thirsty. but i heard it is healthy when done properly.

I have fasted a few times. The most was for two days..no food, no drinks.only boiled water. it was for religious reasons and it wasnt the best experience..i had the worst headache and couldnt stop dreaming abt food!

i haven't done more than 2 days unintentionally. what i do want to say, because i saw this in Diet & Fitness is this: whatever your fitness goals are, never fast! fasting is not good, for real. your body will deteriorate itself, it will lose muscle mass and fat mass. check out the link, it'll have all the info you need.

We the Muslims do fast 30 days per year we call this month Ramadan we fast from dawn until the sunset approximately 12hours,it was an order from God (Allah)to do so to feel how poor people feel the hunger and thirst and after sunset we can eat anything but I prefer something light.I like fasting its easy you can do it
