try, cutting out half of what you eat now, and make it brown rice. drink water and exercise. Theres nothing wrong with rice its your diet. im a model im 5'5 and i weigh about 112. and heres a secret.. LOTS of Protein. less carbs(rice). I take in about 80-250grams of protein a day,carb i try to shoot for under 50 grams. just a thought.

yes stop eating rice it is very high in calories. If you like rice a lot get the brown rice, its not as bad. If you are just trying to eat a low fat diet. eat chicken, veggies and salads. Starchy foods are all high in calories so its not the best for dieting unless you are exersizing for a few hours a day(cardio)
you can eat what you want but count calories,and work out about the 1 hour every day!
