Weight loss?!

Question:
what is the best and fastet way to lose weight
Answers:
This is a quick weight loss solution, meaning, temporary. You may possibly gain all of it back, or more. This is a very extreme way to do it but its been effective for a short term solution (4-6 weeks maximum).

In order to get the body to release fat, you have to understand some realities.

The human body is not really capable of shedding more than 2 pounds of fat in a week, especially on an ongoing basis, and even 2 pounds per week would be an extreme!
The human body is capable of losing far more than 2 pounds in a week, but that would indicate loss of either muscle or water.
Muscle loss is guaranteed to decrease caloric burn and slow metabolism.
Water loss is temporary.

1st Part is Diet adjustment - lean proteins, complete proteins, protein shakes(drinks), and leafy green vegetable or other type of vegetable meals. Chicken, Fish, and Turkey are your proteins, none of them fried, broiled, or microwaved. Vegetable meals include salads, or meals with all veggies.
No white potatoes, no white flour, no white sugar, no grains at all, unless they are whole grains such as protein rich brown rice. No artificial sweetners (Splenda, Aspartame), no heavily processed food meals, you want to turn your body into a machine that burns up the fuel (food you eat) quickly. You dont want any excess calories from anything so you eat or drink and no diet drinks because those are more detrimental to metabolism because of how the body elimanates the chemicals they contain.
Drink nothing but water, maybe a little juice but preferably vegetable, cranberry or grapefruit those help to flush the kidneys and curb your appetite, in the early part of the day, and herbal tea(such as green tea), and I say again NO diet drinks.

The fastest way to lose weight would be to starve yourself or go on those diets, but that's extremely unhealthy and you'll just gain your weight back. The best and healthiest way to lose weight is through exercise. Exercise 3-4 times a week, mixing in cardiovascular training and weight training. Join a sport or become more active in general by walking more. Within a few weeks you should feel the difference in your energy level, and you should see the difference. EAT HEALTHY foods and have good nutrition. You have to change your lifestyle to keep the weight down.

Don't start on a diet and don't starve yourself.

I have a Bachelor of Science in Nutrition and Dietetics

Exercise and eat healthy.

If you are accesivley overweight, then see a doctor, and they will put you on an appetite suppressant, and a diet that is monitored.

If you'd like a good recommendation for a book that worked for me its "Body for life" by Bill Phillips. In three months I went from a size 10 to a size 4-5, but I was dedicated to change my life.

i would say that you eat healthy foods anytime that you are hungry and five fruits a day and some exercise to lose weight fast

You can't have both. The BEST way is slowly because that way it is more likely to stay off. If you want the fastest way, recognize that when you go off the diet, it will all come back. Sometimes it comes back double, because crash dieting can mess up your metabolism. That's what happened to me. Anyway, I got phentermine from my doctor and it's working great. I lose only about 2 pounds a month, but it's steady and continues. I've lost 43 pounds in a year (I know that's more than 2 x 12, it came off faster at first).

If you really want to get in shape, it will require dedication and a complete lifestyle change. You must change what you eat, how you eat, and must be fully-dedicated to hitting the gym. Less than 9 months ago I was overweight. Now, I have 8-pack abs. You can change your body too..
1. Eat 6 light meals a day. Every 2.5 to 3 hours. Do not skip breakfast!! Eat your first meal within an hour after waking up.
2. Change your calorie mix. Amp up your protein intake and minimize the carbs and fats that you consumer per day. Whey, dairy, lean meat, egg and wheat proteins are best. Ideally, you should be eating about 1 gram of protein per pound of body weight.
3. Cut your overall calorie intake. But, not by too much at once or you will slow down your metabolism! Cut your calories/day by about 100-200 for the first couple of weeks. Depending on your weight and body structure.you should be consuming roughly 2,000 calories per day. You want to be sure to burn more calories than you consume each day.
4. Not all carbs and fats are the same. Eat primarily whole grains and unsaturated fats. Pay attention to the nutritional panel when you buy food! Eat most of your carbs during the first half of the day.
5. Hit the gym. Do 30-45 minutes of weight training about 5 or 6 days a week. Work out one muscle group per day, and each muscle group about once per week. Also, do at least 20 minutes of intense cardio 4 or 5 days a week. Either do your weight training and cardio at different times of the day, or do your weight training first. If you do cardio right before weight training.your body won't have sufficient energy it needs for the weight training.

I tried eating several small healthy foods per day and I gained weight. I tried Adkins and gained. I tried Slimfast and gained. I gained 50 lbs in one year, and this was eating little to nothing, exercising (walking 2-4 miles per day 5 days per week), and drinking more water than I ever had. I gained, gained, gained. Then my doc tested my thyroid which was all out of whack. It was making me gain no matter what I did. I take meds now. I feel better, but still have weight problems. The only way I can seem to lose now is to force my body to live off of itself--fasting. But I do NOT recommend this.
