Howdy. I went to see a naturopath about why I felt so tired. She has got me taking a couple of things. 1st of all I take a Folic Acid Complex, that contains Folate, and Vitamins B12 and B6. B group vitamins are essential for energy, and assist with Iron absorption.and we all know we need Iron. The second supplement I take is a Super Kelp formula. Its made of natural sea vegetables. Don't worry, it comes in tablet form lol, not like green powder or anything. Its a natural source of Iodine. Iodine is necessary for regulating your metabolism. The kelp also contains other minerals and vitamins including Vitamins B, D E and K. The trace elements and all the sea vegetable goodies are excellent for you and will not only help with your energy, but also supplements your immune system.
Neither of these products will keep you awake either.
Combine these with a good diet and you should find that you Begin to feel a better.
Alternatively, maybe if your tiredness continues, you may want to see a doctor about having your Iron levels and stuff checked- just in case there is a medical reason behind it.
I have a problem with my Iron levels, but since I have been using the supplements, in particular the Folic Acid Complex, I have not had to see a Doctor about my Iron levels.
Both of these are cheap.Folic Acid complex was $14.95 and the Super kelp was $13.95. I got both of these from the local Heath food Store.
Try a little exercise too..sounds weird, but it actually gives you energy.
Hope this helps a little
Good luck!!

chocolate covered coffee beans!

RED BULL.gives u wings..lol

Instead of a product, try exercising. I know, I know -- everyone hates it, but if you take a quick ten minute walk just around your neighborhood you really will pick up some energy. It won't interfere with your sleep either.

How old are you? Why are you tired? Have you tried exercise? You could try B vitamins. You can email or IM me if you want to talk more about it. I am pretty into health, body energy, etc.

Please do yourself a huge favor. have your sugar levels checked. Years ago, I would fall asleep whenever and wherever I sat my little dupa!! Turned out I was borderline diabetic. It isn't always all that 'stuff' women have to do in life, sometimes, something isn't right and needs fixed.

Best of luck

oranges are a great way to boost your energy.

protein also helps- i recommend plain peanuts, soy 'meat', and soy beans.

snacking on fatty, sugar-rich foods and drinks will deplete your energy supply pretty quickly, so avoid those.

I would suggest you visit a nutritionist or a good health food store and ask.

You may need iron. When was the last time you went in for a check up and had lab work done?

try bawls

lol
its
an
energy
drink

sleep longer and if you cant listen to low soothing music a t night and you will have deep sleep which will make you feel better throughout the day. make sure you are eating enough and excercise will help too.

Energy drink, lol

A cup of green tea has caffeine like coffee but doesn't keep you awake at night if you drink it in the morning.

try the energy drink called "balls" it cost like 3 bucks a can an u can get it at turkey hills an giants

exercise, eat fruits & vegs. 8 oz glass of V8 works wonders.

four glass water early in the morning 45 minutes before breakfast is the natural energy for your body. Take exercise, wake up early in the morning and before sleeping in the night one glass milk is necessary. Wish you best of luck.

You want a natural remedy to give you energy, make you sleepy at night, revitalize your life and give you a new "glow" you women like to call it?
It's called exercise. Shut your computer off and go for a run, or a walk, whatever it takes to raise your heart rate for twenty minutes. You'll get all the benefits you mentioned. It will give your love life a kick in the pants, too. And - it's free. You're welcome in advance.

It doesn't have to be produced in a factory at all! When you asked for NATURAL you were in the right track. It is shown that people who stick to fruits and vegetables (and when they eat it don't stuff themselves so much, thinking "it's healthy why can't I eat till I puke!?") are the healthiest of people, it doesn't harm anyone either if you exercise regularly too. A quick jog does wonders with your state of being.

I said so.

Very good answers. I would take them all in BUT, I think everyone has forgotten the MOST IMPORTANT ingredient to a healthier life..learn how to breathe properly. Relearning how to breathe from the diaphragm is the basis for many forms of exercise and mental stimulation from Tai Chi to Pilates.Pay attention to your body as it wears down and tightens with stress. Concentrate on your shoulders for example, as you're reading this. Inhale long and slow and as you exhale through your mouth pretend there are heavy weights sitting on your shoulders dropping them down, down into the floor. Let your shoulders go with that imagined heaviness and relax them down into the floor and down into the floor below that floor. Do this simple exercise before bed or at breaks during the day to recharge. Your body is in distress and certainly get a check up, but please, don't forget how to breathe for better health, foremost. You'll see.

The best thing you can do that is all natural is to eat unprocessed foods.

Eat 5-6 small meals a day (every 3 hours) will help sustain your energy levels and keep them soaring!

Take EFA's every day (flax or fish oil, aprox. 1-2 tbl)

Drink lots of water: If you are dehydrated it will affect your energy levels

Eat protein with every meal: This will give you a boost of energy

Eliminate simple sugars: These will give you and instant "pick me up", but will later make you crash

Cut back on caffine intake: Too much caffine from sodas or coffee will make you have low energy
