Take a chair and put it's back against the wall. sit on the edge of the chair and hold onto the sides of the seat with both hands. Now pull your legs up to your chest.
This exercise works your lower abs and will help reduce belly-fat.

I do about 300 a day. Start at 100 and work your way up.

I used to have the same problem. but I hated crunches. You should get on a tredmill or run. It really makes a difference on your tummy. And it helps the rest of your body too!
