i recently cut my hair b-cuz my hair was short and didnt want to grow cuz i ironed it everyday and dyed it once. It was so damaged. Now that i cut my hair its growing like weeds. everyday it grows. but i want it to grow faster.

Sometimes your hair feels like it is growing slow because of split ends. Also.your hair tends to grow a little faster in the summer compared to the winter.but not much.

I've always taken great care of my hair and my hair grows very fast and is as healthy as can be. I do a "suave" hot oil treatment to my hair once a week. I use the "panetene" shampoo that cleans the hair of daily use of products once a week. I use "mane and tale" shampoo and condishinor and the "mane and tale" leave in treatment once a week. I use "dove intense moisture" shampoo and condishiner and "herbal essense" leave in condishiner for the rest of the days. It is very important that your hair gets moisture to breath. I always use the defuser on my hair dryer. I use an aray of hair serems, "dove hair lotion" is my favorite, "john freida" hair lotion is great also. I always use my "chi" ceramic hair straightner-ceramic is the key for not having dead ends. When you don't have dead ends you know your hair is getting the proper oxygen it needs to grow, your hair grows from ends to roots. You must take care of your ends for proper growth. When you see dead ends IF you don't get trims about every 3 months, you know it's time for a trim or cut. Also logic tells that the more you cut your hair the faster it grows, hence why guys have to cut their hair so much. If you can afford getting a trim every 4 weeks I'm sure your hair would grow immensely. Then once you've gotten to the length you're wanting, stop trimming so often and go about every 3 months to maintain the healthy ends. In doing all of this to my hair, it grows so fast, it's so shiny and healthy, it is perfect! I have such great hair and I think it's mainly because I use the right products. If your hair is fine/thin, colored, permed, curley etc. there is special shampoo's and condishiners for that as well. The main products I use are great for anyone's hair! I also take plenty of vitamins and there are an aray of vitamins that help hair growth. Try "hair skin and nails" or "prenatil" vitamins, even if you're aren't pregnant taking them will help the speed of your hair and nails to grow and it won't harm you. I'm currently taking them and have been for about 3 months and it doesn't harm you.

Horse Shampoo, is simply the best for growing your hair. (I mean Mane & Tail shampoo used for shampooing the tail of horses) I've use this shampoo for several years, and my hair is so thick.
