Which time is better to do exercise? I mean morning or evening?!

Question:

Answers:
Your metabolizm slows in the evening, it's faster before about noon.

But really whichever time is more comfortable for you, and doing it consistently is best.
I personally like to excercise in the evening, and I've had doctors tell me that excercising in the evening helps maintain a better sleep cycle.

If excercising in the morning is practical -- you can find the time to do it, and then shower, then by all means, excercise then.
But if you can't find the time then, just work it into your schedule.

Other Answers:
In the morning

Whichever time is better for you. If you have more time in the morning, then do it in the morning. If evening is better, then do it in the evening. The important thing is to do it.

Supposedly it is better to exercise in the morning, first thing, so that there is less chance that you will put it off and end up not exercising at all. I exercise in the early afternoon because that is when it is convenient for me. As long as you are exercising and doing something healthy for your body, it doesn't matter what time you do it.

MORNING coz' that is the time when u'r excessive calories are burnt. In the evenings u r exhausted. Moning exercises also reduces FAT.

It really depends on the person. Now, we could go deep into physiological science here and come up with a textbook answer, but that probably wouldn't help you. The answer to your question is your opinion. Try them both and see what works best for you. Many prefer to work out in the evening because it releives stress from the day, and allows them to perform better. A lot of people i know who work out in the morning often use their lathargy as an excuse to cop out on going to the gym. I would say evening. More alert, Anabolic state (food being digested, protein throughout the day stored for energy). If you workout in the morning make sure you EAT before you go. You work out in a catabolic state and you will fail! You will feel very weak
