Use a shampoo and condition for dry hair. Stay away from products that contain alcohol, and try not to use blowdryers or curling irons.

I've used Pantene pro-v Shampoo w/ the ammino proteins and Pantene pro-v conditioner "intense moisturizing"
But really any thick shampoo/conditioner combo daily will help out the dry hair condition alot.

Take 50 grams (or a little bit more, depending on the length of your hair) of castor oil (tell in the pharmacy you do not need it for internal use, then it will come out cheeper), add a little bit of lemon juice and add a little bit of neutral shampoo. Make a mask, apply it on dry hair, cover with a paper towel and then put on a plastic bonnet. Keep the mask on for one or 2 hours, then wash your hair as usual It sounds weird, but you'll manage to wash off the mixture quite easily.
Do not use curlers or Baby Liss
Do not use a blow-dryier, or if needed, just for a while and not hot.
