How do I lose the arm flab? I'm only 21, and not obese.?!

Question:
I'm doing a ton of tricep exercises and weightlifting. Does it just take time and more fat loss?
Answers:
it definitely takes a lot of time.
im a dancer and ive always had that little bit of tricep flab that would never go away.
i would recommend the following exercise that really helps once it becomes routine.
i hope i can explain it well!!
get a 3-5 pound dumbbell and hold it with both your hands.
raise your arms above your head, and slowly bring your hands behind your head, bending your arms. keep your elbows as close to you as possible. you may feel your arms shaking a bit. that means its working!!
do 3 reps of 8 at first, taking a 10 sec break between each rep to shake your arms out.
i do this all the time, and ive noticed a difference!
hope it helps!

Other Answers:
Do everything that you mentioned. eat right and if all else fails. liposuction

give it some time and try work that part of your body alittle harder then the rest considering that is your problem area and try to cut some fatty foods out of your diet and replace it with more lean fats and healthier fats that you need..

everyone has bats wings if you shake hard enough!! any exercise will take several months to show the benefits so just keep nothing. remember your arms won't be rock solid unless you bulk to beefcake proportions!

lefting weights not to heavy cause you got to curl them behind your head

Spot-toning works to build muscles (do curls and push-ups too!), but it doesn't get rid of that particular flab. You have to lose fat all over in order to lose fat on your arms. Do more fat-burning cardio (that means not heavy huffing and puffing: you should be able to hold a conversation; more than that and you're not burning fat any more) and keep up your weightlifting (because lean muscle burns more fat). You probably have great arm muscles, but they're just hidden under the flab right now. And, as always, eat right!
