LDL is the so-called bad cholesterol and there is few ways to lower this without prescriptions or medical assistance. Foods high in fiber may have some benefit, but for clinical improvements of lowering LDL pharmacological is ideal. There are multiple ways to lower LDL with medications that can explored and individuals to your other conditions that may reduce side effects.
