Do you actually have bad breath?

What I used to do was to always have mint sugar free gum in my mouth. That way I KNEW that I didnt have to worry about it.

Also, listerine works really well at eliminating the cause of bad breath. Flossing every day also eliminates the cause of bad breath. You need to brush your teeth after everything you eat. And dont forget to brush your tongue, too. This all will help you have better breath!

chew minty gum. gum keeps breath fresher. just replace gum every half-hour to hour, and you don't have to worry anymore.

If you dont open your mouth in front of others, they will think that you have a bad breath.

Eat gum but one thing Ive noticed (not in myself) is that if someone has really strong bad breath, the smell still can be smelled through the minty smell which is terrible. I would say clean your teeth and tougue and then chew gum.

If you have good oral hygiene and persistent bad breath is still a problem for you, then I suggest you see a dentist as soon as possible. Persistent bad breath is a sign of gum disease.
