Well, you can do it, but you won't be very healthy.

Basically, you can go on a 500-calorie-a-day diet, but that'll ruin your metabolism for the rest of your life. And you'll be prone to headaches, and fainting.

Just eat less, and eat right. Excersize. Hopefully you'll lose 20-40 lbs, depending on what kind of body you have, your workouts, and the foot you eat.

STAY HEALTHY. DO NOT crash diet. It'll ruin you, and you won't lose weight -- only waterweight, which comes back in no less than a day.

Being a skinny person i could help out. Limit the amount of fatty snacks (i.e. Chips, soda) by replacing them with foods that surpress hunger such as fruits like apples and pears.
-Dont eat out as much and find a way to cook more often.
-Walk as much as you can
-Spit out as much saliva per day (U can lose up to a pound per day)
- Dont force yourself to eat too much at meals
-Eat fish.
-Start off with small exercises and make your way up.
-And finnally Talk too a Doctor.

I was 73kg before one month now i lost 5Kg. with out any medicine.It is becoz of my mental ability to avoid food,I tried only vegetarian.I used to have fruit juices only.But u need to be prepared to avoid Ur favorite dishes.It will be good result for u.One thing I'm sure u cant lose 10kg,If u did like that it will be a suicide of ur own.

First start out by ignoring all of the negative people..hey look practice up above! Then set up your goals. Now if you don't hit that 40 in the first month don't quit! Even if you only lose a few pounds that is better than what you were at before. Make sure that you stick to a good diet plan and a work out plan and you will be on your way. To take a half an hour walking per day and then do not take heavy breakfast,after taking lunch and dinner do not take sleep it converts the food into fat. The heavy dinner gives the high problems to our stomach.
3 minutes - tredmill

Buy the book Dr. Atkins' New Diet Revolution and read the WHOLE thing and follow the diet plan to the letter, walk, and drink at least 1 gallon of water every day.if you are male you WILL lose almost the 40 pounds in 30 days without starving yourself.
