Does smokig cigarettes in yours 20s really form a health risk?!
Question:
Is casual smoking, less than 10 cigs a day in your 20s really bad for you?
I have heard that the lungs regenerate after 15 years. So if you quit at 30 and lived to 45, you should be good as new- right?
Answers:
Well, when my Uncle was dying from a poor heart the doctor told him that while he hadn't smoked in over 20 years, the damage was already done to his heart. He didn't smoke a lot, either. Smoking is always a risk, heart, lungs, blood pressure, etc.

Smoking cigarettes at any age forms a health risks. And even if you quit smoking after you've smoked for a long time, your lungs will never be the same or as good as new. They will still be full of the tar and junk accumulated in them when you were smoking.
