I don't even know where to begin with this one! All I see at work is that it just keeps escalating, that puts people on edge more, then the stress level goes even higher. A vicious circle, I must say!

Stress usually manifests itself in the workplace with people's mouths which sometimes accelerates into violence. In management, stress is directly linked to loss of productivity on the floor. Everything rises and falls with leadership.
