Question:

Answers:
The human body is so wonderfully designed that it seeks what is deficit in it. The kid who likes to eat potatoes, need that potatao and the kid who like tomato, needs the nutrient of a tomato. It all balances itself , no need to artificially supplement of the child is not having any particular illness

Other Answers:
Kids do that. As long as they are eating, their body is going to do what it wants to do. The last thing you need to do is jack up your kid with some growth hormone because they are below average on a growth chart. That is why there is an average, some are higher and some are lower.

poly-visol is the most gentle..

Go to a drug store and talk with a pharmacist or ask your pediatrician. Every child has different needs.

the best thing for growing bodies is exercise, and at the onset of puberty get him some weights. Face it you cant make a child grow, but make sure he always feels ten feet tall. im 5,6 which is slightly below average for most men, but to be honest i never really knew or cared because it was never an issue for me growing up, and my father is 6,5. In the least if he never does gain that height after all 2 is a little too early to start freaking; get the wieghts, at least he wont be short and skinny.

I have 4 little ones, 1, 2, 3, and 4. The youngest is very petite and small for her age, I found out most of my relatives average about just under 5 feet in height and none are heavy in their weight, knowing this, saved me the stresses of thinking I had a child who was delayed in growth. She eats the same amount and even more then the other 3 combined at times and still is not putting on much weight, so I would not worry about forcing a little one to grow more then they are, and also 2 year olds have a tendency to become very picky and finicky in what they like and want, often going hungry just because they do not want to eat a certain food.

I am glad that you are keeping a close eye on his growth. But I would say that it is too early to as of yet to diagnosis him with a growth disorder. I would hold off on trying to increase his height with any medicinal or herbal remedies right now. See his pediatrician yearly to track his growth. Some kids are just late bloomers. If he does need some help, human growth hormone is the gold standard. The good thing is that this is completely natural and the side effects are very minor.
