does avanza cause bizarre dreams?!

since ive been on it, ive started sleeping but my dreams are so lucid and intence that i wake up exhasted. Apparently as well i appear to be awake and saying strange completely abstract things.is this a result of medos and is there any way to curb it so at least when i do get some sleep it makes me feel like ive rested

dizziness, drowsiness, weight gain, increased appetite, weakness, dry mouth, abnormal dreams and/or thinking and"flu like" symptoms.
Less frequent side effects of Remeron are: back pain, confusion, frequent urination, nausea, tremors, swelling of ankles or hands, fluid retention, difficult breating and muscle pain.
The extremely rare side effects of Avanza are:
agranulocytosis (decreases in white blood cells) and hypomania. If you are experiencing sore throat, fever, report this to your doctor immediately.
