Exercise as much as possible, but do not overtire your self. I like to walk and jump rope daily. Take it from me, eat healthy and DO NOT try and starve yourself. When you starve yourself, you usually gain it back when you start to eat again. So, the best thing to do is to teach yourself to eat healthier so that you will do so throughout your life! When you do that you will learn that it is much easier to lose weight! Hang in there!
