I also come here to youqa.cn, and read questions and answer those I know something about. The more you use your brain, the more able you are to retain what you know. I think being inquisitive by nature helps, and that's definitely me!

You can use exercises to improve your memory just like you use exercises on any other part of your body. Try memorizing shopping lists and telephone numbers. Play memory games. The more you exercise your memory, the better it will get.
